Bella Poarchが初EPをリリース！勢いが止まらない彼女の音楽、EP「Dolls」に収録されている「Living Hell」を和訳しました🌸

黄色が特徴的なMVとともに、Bellaのトレードマークにもなりつつある、おもちゃのようなサウンドがメインのこの曲。実際に彼女が体験してしまったトラウマについての曲との事。

この曲は私の幼少期について。フィリピンにあった私の小さな部屋で本物の生き地獄を味わった話よ。生きてきてずっと、私は自分の子供時代のトラウマから脱出しようとしてきた、私の生き地獄をね。でもどれだけセラピーを重ねても、どれだけ薬を飲んでも、どれだけ遠くへ逃げようとも．．．ずっと私を追いかけてくるの。ミュージックビデオは私が子供の時に過ごした部屋にインスパイアされてる。　黄色でドアの外側にロックがついてたの。黄色っていうカラーは、親に押し付けられた色。親が家の中で偉いんだって教え込む方法だったみたい。ドアのロックだけど、私が部屋から逃げ出せないようにと親がつけたの。ミュージックビデオを作るためにまた同じ体験をするのは辛かった。いつか心の準備が出来たら、過去についてもっと話したいと思ってるわ。

今回はTikTokで大人気のBella Poarchがリリースした「Build-A-B*tch」を和訳しました🐻

アメリカには「Build A Bear」というぬいぐるみ屋さんがあり、そこではぬいぐるみを毛の色から詰める綿の量まで好きに決められるんです。
